Thank you for shopping with Tigaura.

1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all food and beverage products (including fig tea and fig lemonade) are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will assess the case and may offer:

• Replacement of the product

• Partial or full refund (if applicable)

3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

6. International Orders
Tigaura is not responsible for:

• Customs delays

• Import duties or taxes imposed by destination countries
